On Sunday 22nd May in the Concourse after 11.00am Mass a group of boys from Transition Year will host a cake sale and coffee morning as part of our fundraising for ‘ Duck Push 2016’.
We hope to improve our baking skills in the process and Ms Ann Cook, our catering manager, along with Chef Francis Farrell will guide us as we endeavour to produce chocolate brownies, cookies and much more. We are also supported by our parents – most notably Mrs. Eileen Broe, mother of David who will also kindly help us with production !
If any parents / guardians would like to donate home baked cakes or breads we will gratefully accept these from 10.35am.
Produce can be enjoyed there and then or bagged and brought home for later and there will also be tea and coffee as well as drinks for children.
Were that not enough, there will also be a raffle with super prizes including two sets of four beautiful Waterford crystal wine glasses and two tickets to the Bulmers Live at Leopardstown music festival in August.
We hope that as many people as possible can support on the day and we look forward to seeing you there !
