CARDINAL CARLO MARTINI S.J. RIP

CARDINAL CARLO MARTINI S.J. RIP sadly passed away on 31^st August this year R.I.P. He was appointed archbishop of Milan by Pope John Paul II where he remained until 2002 at which point he retired. He was a truly inspiring man whose views were considered to be liberal and progressive. This, of course, meant that Cardinal Martini became controversial at times.
